The Bill (Reg.№4231) introduces the amendments to article 2 of the current law that allow the lease of the property fixed after the children centers and placing pharmacy stands, engineers and technicians buildings and ATMs. It also envisaged the prohibition for the implementation of the easement concerning property fixed after the children centers.
The members of the committee have scrutinized the identical Bills Reg. №№ 4231-1, 4231-2 that circumstantiate the norms of the current law.
During the discussion the People´s Deputies mentioned that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the 3rd of March 2009 has adopted the Resolution "On inventory of the land areas "Artek" and "Moloda Gvardia" that envisages the compulsory inventory of the land areas during the three-month term
AS a result of discussion the Committee has taken a decision to recommend the Parliament adopt the Bill №4231 as a Basis.
